Well the user below me doesn’t understand that it’s not the dealers fault if they sale a car before you get there. They sale good reliable cars and the regular customers know it that’s why cars get sold fast there they don’t last long up for sale if you want to secure a car you should leave a deposit that way you’re guaranteed the car. I love my car I got from them 3 years ago I’m going back for my second one next week I already left my deposit I know it’s secured. I recommend them 💯
I called them up front to check the availability of a vehicle and he said it was available and I told them I was coming to look at the car and it will take me 1 hour and a half to get there . He told me that it was fine to come on . I drove 1 hour and a half to his business and he sold the car before we got there . I would arabice anybody to stay away from this unprofessional cheap scape. He does not deserve to own a car lot or a business because he lacks common sense and common courtesy.
This so called dealership is a joke. This unprofessional owner makes all kinds of promises, but follows through on nothing except ripping you off as a consumer. He does not let you know everything up front, which shows the integrity of the owner. My family and I drove 1.5 hours just to be told the car we were coming to buy was sold. This is a very unProfessional business. I called the day before and the day of to ask about the Audi 2016 & Cadillac Escalade. The day of he told us he won’t be available until after 6 then he said at the last minute his wife likes the car and he not selling it after gas & our time was Spent. Then he kept the appointment for 6 and 5:10 told us you have to go threw a bank when he Clearly told us it is easy financing and just come on. This is a total loss. There are very good people and they are very professional yo los recomiendo porqué son personas que te tratan muy bien y los precios de los carros son muchos mas baratos comparados con otros dealers, y lo que más me gusto de ellos es el sistema de financiamiento como toda familia tuve ocaciones que no pude hacer mi pago a tiempo pero les avisé con tiempo que iba a estar tarde con mi pago y fueron muy flexibles, lo cual yo personalmente los recomiendo porque son muy serios
