Great value and tasty food! The 2 bucks draft beers are also a plus. I liked the quiet and chilled atmosphere, you actually can have a chat without screaming on the top of your lungs.
Service took way too long given there were hardly any customers. Sushi quality was not worth the price paid. We were seated at 8 and didn't even get our food until about 10. The staff could have kept us updated on food. I know we were a larger party but ask if we'd like another drink, because we most certainly did and the fact that we had to find the server, grab the hostess or go to the bar to get the drink was ridiculous. Won't be back and I'm really shocked that the reviews are as high as they are.
Absolutely, hands down, the worst customer service of any restaurant that I have ever visited. The sad thing is, the food is amazing. The best Asian food in Uptown, I wish they had the staff to back it up. It took 30 minutes before anyone came to our table then our server who was the bartender had an attitude. I even heard her talking about me to other customers. The manager on duty heard her and simply said he would speak to her. It is bad enough that your hours are sporadic but to have horrible servers.........
Food was great! The service was a little bit slow around lunch time but otherwise very positive!
The treatment is off the charts there. This is a must stop if you're in charlotte and a sushi lover.. I don't think of another sushi restaurant in town that can match their quality of food and service. .
The food and service was excellent. Definitely will go back to try more of their menu.

In town for an event and even though we came in 20 minutes before closing and stayed an hour after they were nothing but hospitable. Great food and great staff. Very accommodating. Highly recommend!!!!
This was delicious, and a nice quiet atmosphere!!!
