This is the only place that will help me with my complicated health issues and that will listen. The ladies here are very good at their job and care about me when I'm in need! I'm truly thankful for this place. The Dallas hospital doesn't care for me as good as this place
They don't even deserve one star. This place is terrible. Avoid it if you can. $200 just to tell me my son's ingrown toenail was infected and there was nothing they could for him. Put him on antibiotics and told us to come back in a week. Came back in a week to find them closed on a Saturday when they're supposed to be open. Came back Monday thinking they'd be open and he can get some help with his toe. Wrong. Still closed.
SO unprofessional. Claimed we owed a bill from two years prior that we received no letters, phone calls, or anything about. Then said it’s in collections. They refused to see my disabled veteran wife who is also 37 weeks pregnant. We contacted collections and they said there is NO BILL. Wasted our time and ultimately did not care about the health and safety of a patient. Clearly the office staff needs proper training on how to treat patients and look up bills.
The providers are unprofessional, as are the front office staff and medical assistants. I needed a (edited) Toradol shot and the MA didn't even know how to draw it from the bottle, or where to inject it. The substitute PA was of little help and spent his time on the phone while the MAs tried to figure out how to give a shot. They also just close early, or for an entire day, without changing the phone message so you can never trust that they will be open during their posted business hours.
Always helpful special shout out to the front desk lady, and Crystal always awesome and go way above and beyond and listen.
