Sara was rude did not listen and was incompetent. I did not feel informed.. She had someone give me virtual instruction on the EMR system who was thorough, but was not willing to show his face initially, which made me feel uncomfortable. My absolute worst experience with their sales person. I will not be using them for my service. Their pricing was affordable, but I need a team that I can collaborate with who is well informed and well-versed on the system they are selling.
