If you are at all interested in taking an emt course, I highly recommend taking this one. Chanda is the greatest teacher you will find. She prepares you above and beyond for a career in this line of work. You won’t regret taking her course!
Look no further! Definitely take your EMT class at the EMS Institute. Chanda goes above and beyond for all her students. She is always available and happy to help. She answers questions basically 24/7 through email and has extra help training times in the center in addition to class times. She creates a friendly atmosphere and is extremely knowledgable.
Taking Chanda's class was one of the best decisions I've ever made--I learned so much from her and was 100% prepared to take the state and national registry exams. I would definitely recommend this class, Chanda is an excellent teacher and I will miss seeing her every week!
I heard great things before taking Chanda's class and let me tell you...this is THE place to get trained. She goes above and beyond to prepare you to not only pass the state and national exams, but also be a professional and apt EMT. I took the summer accelerated course so it was very fast paced, however the amount of material that I learned in such a short time span was very rewarding.
First, « scene safety and BSI » if you take this course, you will know what it means and you will approach everything situation with that mind set as an EMT-B. Chanda and the other instructors really care about your education and they will make sure you have all tools to succeed at the National Registry exam. I really enjoyed taking the class this summer. This was money well spent...Great class, highly recommended!!!
This is a FANTASTIC course. I would highly recommend it. Chanda is an AMAZING instructor who provides materials above and beyond the average EMT course. You will be well prepared for anything you might see out in the field.
This course was by far the best training program I have ever completed. The instructors are amazing and extremely knowledgeable! I can't thank Chanda and Mark enough for everything they taught me and for the effort they put into their teaching. There are many different EMT-B courses to choose from out there but the EMS Institute of Fairfield County blows away the rest of them. If you are considering joining the medical field, this course is your first step! �����
