From the first call with Mani, everything was great. My computer was having a bad day, actually a bad 2 months, and being I work from home, I needed help fast. Called three other companies, and the pricing was ridiculous and I could tell they had no time to answer my concerns. EMS was my fourth call and I had my fingers crossed in hopes that I would get some resolution. Mani did NOT disappoint!
