These guys are awsome, I highly recommend them!! As a senior, prior to updating to from Windows 10, I had called and was helped over the phone, so when I needed to update to Windows 11, I only wanted this company! I took my hardrive to their office so they could transfer my stuff to the new one. They did not try to over sell and the tech came to my residence, set up and he took the time to ensure I knew how to navigate the new Windows. Awesome service!
I needed a new printer hooked up. Mike with EMS came out and hooked it up and showed me the new features and how to work everything. Very nice, friendly and professional - he also corrected a couple of issues I was having. I used EMS formany years for all my computer needs while I was in business and now that I am retired, they still take care of all my computer needs. They are great! a company that cares and takes care of you.
