Our son had a summer internship in the area and we needed a place that would work for him short term. Crystal went above and beyond to help us secure the lease and did a wonderful job. She and Don (in charge of maintenance) arranged a thorough video tour of the apartment and building for us (as we are out of state), which was so helpful. When it came time for move-in, Sydney was there as the on-site manager and she is amazing as well. I was starting to think "good property managers" were just an urban legend... then I met Sydney. 😂 She's responsive, genuinely cares, and actually follows through when she says she'll take care of something. She makes renting so much easier. Couldn't ask for a better property manager! Great property managers are hard to find, and Sydney is definitely one of them!
I've had a great experience living here. The manager is always kind, helpful, and professional, and the maintenance man is friendly and responds quickly whenever needed. I appreciate how well they take care of the property and the residents. Highly recommend!
*************Update************ There are noise complaints in that building! They need security to pop up on toxic neighbors (noisey ones),and the marijuana smokers that smell up the hallways with that horrible smell! They keep making all these rules about the weed smoking but some of the residents continue to do it. It is really sad going to work smelling like weed and you don't even smoke it.
