I was here as a travel nurse back in April of 2024, had a balance with this company and till date I've not been refunded. I've called, emailed and it's almost a year of no response. I'm currently being forced to fly back to Peoria to get my money. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO INTO BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE.
I enjoyed my stay here over the summer. Shelby was very helpful and accommodated any need I had!
My wife and I have been living at the EMR for 1 year and have had no issues. The building is clean and is conveniently located right across the street from OSF. Apartments are small, but you know that going in. The best thing about the EMR is the friendly, efficient, hard working head of maintenance, Donnie. It was an absolute pleasure to run into Donnie as he as he worked around the building. One of the nicest people I have ever met!
apartments are full of mold
They use key fobs to enter the building and unit and I got there one day after a long flight and suddenly key fob stops working! I’m like where do I call?! There’s no phone number, I found a phone number and called at 7 pm (not a crazy time right) waited hours nobody came to help me out to open the unit door so that I can stay where I pay for!! I ended up spending the night at the hotel, so good luck staying at EMR!!!
