They need security to pop up on toxic neighbors (noisey ones),and the marijuana smokers that smell up the hallways with that horrible smell! They keep making all these rules about the weed smoking but some of the residents continue to do it. It is really sad going to work smelling like weed and you don't even smoke it. Sydney is one of the best apartment mangers I’ve ever had, she always listens to my concerns & gets it handled in a timely manner, she has very great communication skills & you can tell she truly cares about her tenants.
Sydney and Don have been amazing, management always responds fast and so does maintenance! 10/10 would recommend!
I have been living at EMR Apartments for about seven months, and my experience has been mixed overall. On the positive side, the location is excellent. Everything is very close by, including stores, restaurants, and public transportation, which makes daily life very convenient. The property manager also organizes monthly activities for residents, which is a nice touch and helps build a sense of community.
