Never again! The old chap that runs this place is the slimiest business man I’ve run into lately. My wife paid for a piece of furniture from here. When we went to pick it up, the two guys (working for the store) loading it up noticed that the back leg was broken and not fixable. We went in to talk to Bill about it and he immediately refused to refund her money. This company provides a valuable service, but I’m disappointed in the online behavior of a member of their leadership team. He doesn’t take the pandemic seriously, and appears to hold extreme political views that I think customers should be aware of. At a time when Empty the Nest is positioned to profit off the deaths of Minnesotans from COVID-19, I think it’s reprehensible for one of their managers to be a hyper-partisan science-denier. RecommendedHave been there the past 3 weekends. Everytime is different. It’s a relaxed no pressure atmosphere. Love it !
Hope and the entire team does a fabulous job! As a realtor I need this kind of service for my clients in a professional, timely and often times sensitive fashion. They are truly amazing at what they do.
The guy behind the counter wasn't wearing a mask, during a pandemic that mostly effects the elderly, while most of his customers are elderly. Despicably unsafe and rude behavior, and I'll never spend money here again.
The prices went way up & not as welcoming or friendly!

This place really needs new management. Used to be great, but went downhill after the new ownership took place. Will not go here or recommend this place to anyone I know.
