Terrible ! "Terrible customer service. I scheduled my appointment and the stylist said she has an open slot on Saturday at 2 or 2:30 PM, I picked Saturday at 2pm and even have messages confirming it. When I arrived, they claimed my appointment was for Sunday. I traveled all the way from New Hampshire and spent money on Uber, only to be turned away without any apology or concern for my time and money. Completely unprofessional and arrogant-I will never go back."

First time customer, read the reviews before coming here to got my spring twist done for the first time . I am definitely not pleased, she charged me $300 for shoulder length and I know that the way it was done won’t even last 2 weeks much less a month. I’m so disappointed and will not be going back!
Such a good vibe in there! Nisha did such a good job with my starter locs, they even gave me a christmas care package :) Definitely coming back
