I am a gay man and me and my spouse were cracking and the bed broke! Also while we were there, there was a bunch of other men hitting on my spouse. If you want to get busy with dudes though that’s the place to go highly recommend!
I stayed recently and had a great time. The room was very clean and the staff is delightful. Definitely a great place for colorful people watching and great location in the midst of where all the action is: walking distance to the Stone Pony and very close to the beach. There was a minor issue in my room that the staff immediately took care of and without asking they gave me a discount as a result. I will definitely be back.
The empress is a hidden gem I hope nobody finds out about it
We had the best time at the empress this week! We have been staying in nearby ocean grove for the last ten years, and this trip surpassed those in every way. From the comfortable, clean room with an ocean view to the beautiful beach across the street, tons of good food options just steps away, the pool, and the friendly helpful staff, everything was simply perfect!
