When are the social workers didn't know how to properly help me as a client. He left me on a wild goose chase cause me to waste like a month and a half of my time. Also, some of their therapy techniques are just silly.

I had found myself in a traumatic ordeal in '24. I had no interest in therepy but I understood that I needed help. I was under the impression that therepy was no different than speaking to a stranger with good advice. I found along a different path that I'd been diverted in the right direction.
