Unfortunately, wasted a long time with this organization. Absolutely no help for my daughter and I. In fact, one of the people that was supposed to be helping us would often forget meetings and just not show up. She wouldn’t email or call and explain her absence, she just would forget. One time she took took allergy medicine and fell asleep. Another time her daughter had an emergency and another time she dropped her phone in the toilet. These are the literal excuses she gave.
