Therapists are professional and knowledgeable. They work very effectively with children. They incorporate play with therapy.
We came to Melissa for help with my 4 year old son. He had some words/letter that we couldn't help correct even after a year at pre k. We were concerned about kindergarten since we were still interpreting some words for him. Melissa is absolutely wonderful! She is so kind and patient. She is very thorough about making sure all of our questions are answered and giving amazing advice on things to do at home. She is great at engaging my son and she also allows my daughter to play and participate.
Melissa provided easy to follow strategies to increase progress at home. She helped “unlock” our son’s speech block and he’s ahead of his age milestones now. It’s also clear she cares about her patients.
We've been seeing Melissa each week since mid-August. Already, my 3 year old has been excelling with his speech! He went from saying almost no words to saying 4-word sentences! He loves seeing her and she's great with kids. Definitely connect with her!
