What more can I say? I am NOT a "morning" person and never have been and I am totally ok with that. However, most days 5:30 A.M. is one of the best parts of my day because that's when I get my awesome workout in with Kelly and my posse in Central Park! I would never dream of not being part of this group and am always blown away by the creativity and devotion our coaches bring with them 5 days a week! Thank You EmpowerFit team!
