i have been coming to empowered obgyn for years & dr. falcone is always so kind. she never makes me feel judged & answers all my questions. the office staff is always super kind as well.
I went to this OB/GYN because my OB/GYN wouldn't listen to me about my hot flash symptoms. Not only did she listen to my concerns, but the medication she prescribed help me tremendously. I actually felt her for the first time and she helped me with other issues I was having where my last OB/GYN did not even care. I would recommend this OB/GYN to anybody who really wants to be heard

I should have written this review last year when I waited over an hour for my appointment. Came back this year for my annual exam. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early if I have new insurance. I did that. Upon checking in the girl at the desk asked if "there is anything else I will be asking about during my appointment" I mentioned that I would like to talk with the Dr about my husband and I trying to have a baby. While they failed to inform me of my breast biopsy results last year, I came back for my annual exam today against my better judgment. I just waited over an hour for my 9:30am appointment before asking for a refund and leaving without being seen. I'm especially frustrated because they are booked out months in advance but if I had "no-showed," I would've been charged.
