I truly should have left this review sooner but time got away after having my first child . I wanted to express the phenomenal care and treatment I received from Dr. Freeman and her lovely team. From the ultrasounds given by Bri and Jenny to the patient care coordination I received from Esme and Jen , and follow - ups with Dr. Nguyen , everyone was so loving and caring . They made me feel like I was stepping not only into a OB clinic , but rather a birthing community and family . And I must say.. Dr . Freeman is so so lov... read more
I love the services I have received so far at Empowered! The front desk girls are very nice and efficient, especially when it gets packed. They hear out my preferences when scheduling which I really appreciate as I am expecting my first baby. The ultrasound techs are AMAZING. I love their energy. I have mainly been seen by Bri and was seen by Jenni today and omg they make the whole ultrasound experience so fun and pleasant. They explain everything and they’re just the best. Lastly, Sara Richens. I LOVE her! She has been so r... read more
Im sad to update this review. I used to really love this office. The ultrasound tech is one of my favorite people I've come across in health care. The insurance side is extremely frustrating and whoever I have dealt with there is both confusing and diff... read more
Wonderful physicians that care about each patient and what is unique to them. Every woman deserves care like this.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Amy and the entire team at Empowered OBGYN. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt genuinely cared for, heard, and supported. What sets Dr. Amy apart is the level of personal attention she gives her patients. She takes the time to truly listen, understand your individual needs and concerns, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident in your care. I never felt rushed or like just another patient on the schedule — every interaction felt thoughtful, honest, intent... read more
