I first texted the practice after seeing this practice pop up on a mom’s group page many times and received immediate response for a phone call for more information as it was my first chiropractor visit ever. I see Dr.k & sometimes Dr.Russ , both are absolutely amazing chiropractors and very thorough. Dr. k also recommended me some supplements that I have been using for a few months and they helped tremendously. Every time I call the office or need to book an appt it is super easy! Overall I would recommend Dr.k & Dr.Russ to everyone!! :)

I’ve been a loyal patient at this chiropractic office for years and had a great experience during my last pregnancy, which is why I trusted them again this time. I can’t say that I’m the type of person who goes to a chiropractor on a regular basis. But I’m gone to see Ruslan a few times over the past year or so after suffering an injury. My sciatica was so bad during this pregnancy that I was using a cane to get around and needed assistance to stand and walk at times. My OB referred me to Empowered Mama and their scraping (Graston) treatment and adjustments saved me.
