Dr. Emme Lyda is knowledgeable and personable, opening up such a wonderfully nonjudgmental space and offering quality, holistic chiro care at a reasonable pricepoint. Only 2 sessions, and already starting to notice a difference in my back (that has an array of issues and pain) and body. Wish I started chiro work sooner, but so glad I happened to find Dr. Lyda in particular!
Dr Emme has excellent knowledge and skills with a very easily approachable personality. I have been to several chiropractors in the past, so I can easily see her expertise. Within a few minutes, she was able to restore a out 40% off the strength in my right leg and decrease the sciatic pain that I have been dealing with for months. Dr Emme is amazing. I went to my own MD who basically did not give me the time of day with the pain I am experiencing. I went to Dr Emme and had not met her, but I saw her picture online and thought she has a great energy. Which she does she has a great energy. Dr Emme was also able to diagnose me Quickly and accurately. Dr Emme has determined that my pain stems from an injury I had about three years ago. She is helping me overcome this so I can get back to the thing I love which is kickboxing. Thank you, Dr Emme.
Emme has been the absolute best at not only targeting my muscle pains/strains but also sharing advice for at home preventative practice.
