I've always been that person who spends a lot of money on different gyms but never goes through with it. Empowered fitness has inspired me and now I'm addicted. I look forward to my work outs and I love the support from the trainers and the people that attend class each time.
I cant believe its been 2 + months since I joined the EF family. Never before have I looked forward to working out! It’s always been a huge struggle for me…something I have always placed on the back burner! All that has changed for me in the past few months, not only do I look forward to the workouts with my gym partners/friends, I feel genuinely motivated, and inspired to be the change I want to be, its hard to describe how you feel you get a personal trainer in a group session but that’s exactly what its like!
