I love Leslie's classes! I initially started seeing Leslie for prenatal personal training and have stayed on for weekly workout classes and her online workout library. I really look forward to live classes each week. Its the perfect level of challenge and I've made really good progress on my strength and balance now that I'm 2 years post partum. It doesn't require a lot of space or a bunch of "stuff". Its just really good, simple workouts but a new one every week. Highly recommend! Come join us.
