Never sent me a pin. You have to wait 15 days for every change (add an address/bank account). I had $358 that was transferred by my old employer, from slavic401. I NEVER agreed for Empower to have my information or money. They charged $75 and "took out taxes", although I'll have to get taxes on it again. I'm receiving ~$180 of my $358. Straight up theft. I did not like the therapist I had. First session did not involve them telling me anything about themselves, what their rules were, etc. When I tried asking they seemed surprised and almost reluctant to answer? I have no idea what education this person had, for example, what their specialties were, what their plan for treatment with me was, etc. It did not make me trust them. Grace is the best therapist I've ever had. She is incredibly caring and kind and helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. Everything you'd want in a therapist. Can't recommend her enough.
