Such a phenomenal group! They are welcoming and knowledgeable in the best ways possible. I would recommend for anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares. So happy to have been referred to see Dr. Macy specifically. She is an incredible person and is amazing at her practice!
Dr. Macy was so helpful! She gave me a treatment plan for pregnancy prep and is helping me recover postpartum with aches and pain through the SI joint and low back. Already feeling better!
Dr. Macy Basterrechea is excellent. She is extremely knowledgeable not only of the body work aspect but on the interrelated aspects impacting pelvic floor health. She is warm in her demeanor, putting me at ease at the very first visit. She is encouraging, with the right blend of patience and persistence to propel my healing. I feel extremely fortunate to have found her and have hope that the work we are doing will improve many aspects of my life. It already has!
I truly can not recommend Empower enough! As a birth doula, I acknowledge how vital it is to strengthen, understand, and connect with your pelvic floor and that it takes a truly dedicated and caring team to move through this work with. Macy has been such a game changer in my experience and I learn so much every single visit both about the female body as well and connection with my own. Deeply grateful for her care and craft.
I sought out Empower PT post c-section and I’m so happy that I did. Dr. Marissa has been very attentive and thoughtful in her recommendations. From scar massage, pelvic floor help, to DR repair. I am very grateful to the care I am receiving here.
