The owners and the technicians are really nice. If you submit your script ahead of time they will have it ready. They will try and order stuff that other pharmacy may not carry for you. Great customer service overall. sk
Empower sucks! I've spent sooo much of my life in hold. "Your call is important to us" about every 45 seconds on hold. If my call was important, you'd triple your staff. You absolutely don't care. Absolutely awful customer service. Avoid at all costs!

The pharmacist/owner is negligent and not the sharpest tool in the shed. I wouldn’t recommend their compounding services. Poor communication. Cannot get refills on time. Dropped the ball on three occasions. Gave me the wrong meds. Just chaos there.
