Although the sales person was fantastic and the price was comparable, the installers were horrible. The furnace works well. But the aesthetics of what they did to install was terrible. They left a huge hole when they installed the air conditioner that we had to plug ourselves. The intake pipes on the outside wall looks like a 10 year old did it.
