Empower health is the best of the best! Dr. Shelby kept me pain-free throughout my entire pregnancy (after struggling with low back pain for my entire life) and now adjusts both me and my daughter. Her treatment for my daughter has been incredible - I have noticed so much improvement in her mobility. She is incredible at her job and her adjustments are truly life changing.
