honestly, I love this gym until I had a family emergency and had to leave To go to a different town for a month or two Called several times to pause my membership no answer and left a voicemail Finally got an answer after they charge me And continue to not reimburse me when they asked for proof that I called them several times Horrible service

I have been coming to Empower Fitness for years. They have good equipment, and I like the layout of the gym: I pace around the gym in-between sets. I often see the same group of gym members when I come in: everyone is friendly. The staff is courteous and helped fix a minor issue with my account. The 24-hour access is important to me as I worked long non-standard hours before I retired. I like having the ability to prepay for the year instead of monthly credit card charges. The equipment is very clean, there's a gentleman I forget his name but you helped me in my co-workers he's very friendly. They have a lot of machines, they have a powerlifting room, free weights, a turf area with sleds, a dry sauna, showers. I only bought one week of membership but if I'm staying around the area for my work I'll definitely extend my membership.

Empower fitness had been my go to place for years the owner is on top of any issues you have he addressed immediately it's a very friendly a great place to workout if you are just starting you're fitness journey or a seasoned lifter empower is you're place some say pac is where its at I say those people never gave empower a chance I enjoy empower much more than anywhere else it will always be my place for me time
