I had such a wonderful experience getting my perinatal adjustment! The entire visit was comfortable, gentle, and personalized to my needs. Dr. Layn made me feel listened to and cared for throughout the appointment, and I left feeling more relaxed AND got a much better night of sleep without all the extra hip and sciatic nerve pain. I went to Dr. Layn with my hips and back hurting, and concerned about my future and having the ability to do all the active things I love to do. I'm no longer concerned because I know Dr. Layn is able to keep me moving without pain. She listens well, and spends time evaluating and solving the issues. I appreciate her professionalism and care.

I just got done with my second session with Doctor Layn Ballenger, and I am impressed and plan to continue with treatments!!! Moving across states, I was very concerned on finding a chiropractor that would help me with my low back, hips, and migraine issues. Dr. Layn is incredible! Ever since moving to Texas a couple years ago, I have been looking for a good chiropractor but haven’t had any luck. My friend recommended Empower Chiropractic to me and I will not be leaving! I’ve noticed drastic improvement since going there and am excited to continue progress with regular visits. I would highly recommend this practice and Dr. Layn!
