Helped with low back pain and left hip pain. Very knowledgeable about nervous system and does not pop and crack you but uses special instrument to adjust the spots that are most noticeable for adjustment.

Dr. John is the best! The office is so inviting and the staff is very friendly.
More than a doctor's office and a doctor's visit. The warm friendly atmosphere makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Dr John knows his stuff and has helped alleviate a lot of my pain and stiffness in neck and back. I sitar a desk for over eight hours a day and it was becoming difficult to do my job until I started my visits here.
So much relief of back and hip pain since coming. I love that its isolated joint specific adjustmenst not forceful and uncomfortable adjustments. Dr. John is wonderful and takes his time to know and talk to his patients.
Empower is good for your body and soul! Staff and Dr. John are welcoming, cheerful and sincerely care about the well being of their patients.
