We will not be going back to the store as soon as we went in there we walked in with mask on and we were way farther than 6 foot away from anyone and the Employee basically chased us down to police us for our mask because we pulled it down to get a breath but yet across the store as we were leaving another man was in there with his mask completely down. Double standards and policing people for mask will cause you to lose business.

After searching for work boots at Boot Barn, we were gravely disappointed in the poor customer service of some of the employees. We went to Emporium Western and were immediately greeted and assisted. The customer service at Emporium Western is comparable to none! Emporium will always be our first stop shop! Thank you!
