Fernando Melendez of Emporium Real Estate is one of the best realtors that I have ever worked with in Las Vegas. He just sold us our 2nd home here and was with us each step of the way from start to finish! He kept us informed and up to date on the house market and made sure we had the latest listings to see so we could choose which houses we wanted to see. He was always available to answer any questions we had and made sure we were kept in the loop with information about the houses.
I have worked with a number of agents in the past in regards to Real Estate, Fernando ranks among the top. He asks the right questions, understands what you are looking for, and delivers options from you to assess your needs. He stays with the process throughout the process, from start to finish. Also he follows up with you after the sale to see how things are progressing on your end.......long after the sale. A top notch Real Estate Agent, a great friend, an overall wonderful person!!
