RecommendedNice ambiance - will take guests there. Nice variety on menu - typical City prices. In spite of not so great service, I will return. My friend nearly had her soup dumped in her lap when served, and she caught her flatwear before it hit her lap upon table clearing. Waitress had 1” nails, to which I’ll attribute the fumbles. A quick appetizer dinner went long because my - fresh/non cooked - dish took 20 minutes longer as it was delivered to wrong table. Thumbs up for restaurant though.

My husband and I visited last night (11/9/18) and everything was fantastic! Our filets, medium and medium well, were cooked to perfection. Emporium never disappoints. Thank you for a great date night!!
We went there Sunday it was very disappointed in the atmosphere inside the restaurant above our table was a hanging decoration for Halloween but also the chandelier was covered in cobwebs the floor look like it hadn’t been cleaned in years ,very disappointing and such a restaurant with a long history on the river. We ordered grilled shrimp, a filet and fish tacos for our meals and none of it was good. Everything was barely warm, the steak was supposed to be medium well and looked like a hockey puck. My fish tacos were super dry and had practically no toppings. The atmosphere is fabulous, the place is absolutely gorgeous. Our server was very helpful and nice, and the manager comped our meals with little issue. The mozzarella wedges and rolls were the best part of our meal. Pick a better place to spend your money.
We ordered lunch yesterday we had prime rib sandwiches the menu read it comes with fries if you wanted to order soup or salad it was two dollars extra so we said we would take two soups we got the soup but we didn't get fries with our sandwich very disappointed the food was good we were the only ones in there so the service was OK so the waitress did not take our order correctly didn't seam to care . We paid $4.00 extra for soup that was cold it was suppose to be hot . No French fries .
This place is the bomb.com y’all. Service was fantastic and the food was even better.
