I placed order with an incorrect delivery address & contacted Emporium. I was assured flowers would be delivered correctly & on time (for a birthday). Lady I spoke with said she would deliver herself if needed! The courier delivered to the wrong address. The next day the flowers were picked up & delivered as ordered along with an additional “ gift” from Emporium for the delivery error. The flowers were beautiful!! The 5 stars is the effort of Emporium & quality of the flowers. The courier’s error was not their doing.
