Go someplace else. So far waiting almost a month for sorely needed glasses, all i get is excuses. Had eye surgery, vision very bad but still no help from Voiceworks, Could have gotten the glasses on line in 2 days, had dealt with Visionworks before, always happy. Guess times have changed. Have been a customer for 29 years I good insurance CSEA have never paid for an eye exam ever but now been informed there is a 20 dollar fee fro an eye exam so it is now clear Vision works no longer except CSEA insurance I will re-post this as many places on the Internet as I can find CSEA Insurance is no longer excepted at Visionworks I will also inform CSEA Employee benefit fund and request that they remove you from the list of providers

I always get great service at Visionworks in Saratoga Springs. Quick service. Irene is great!
When we first walked in for my initial appointment, we waited in an empty waiting room for about 25-30 minutes. I felt as if I was invisible. I’m now sitting in my glasses fitting and have been for 15 minutes, the glasses aren’t correct and not one representative had helped me. I’m beyond disappointed and disgusted with the service people here, I will be finding a new optometrist if i need one.

Everyone here is great! I’m greeted with a smile every time I walk in. Nyckie and Beth are always there to help me pick out the perfect frames. Thanks to them for making me feel special!
Great selection of frames! Service was very good and the Twenty 20 program saved me so much money I got 2 pairs!
