Seriously am pissed right now. I waited almost 2 months for an appointment and get a call today 48 hours before my appointment to tell me it’s a telehealth appointment and the dr won’t be in the office. I have a condition that I need regular checks because I may be losing my eye sight. Had I of known I wouldn’t be seeing a dr I could have waited on a list for 2 months somewhere else. What a bunch of bs.
RecommendedI have been going to this location for many years, probably at least 35 years or even more. I went to it when it was Empire Vision. They have great customer service. They are always polite and professional, yet also friendly. Only once a while ago did I have a problem with one employee who was very rude. She no longer works there. I would highly recommend this location. Their prices are also very reasonable.

Allison Ingber is the best! Finally someone who is honest enough to direct you to a pair of glasses that complement you instead of a high $ pair that does not! She is upbeat, friendly and professional all wrapped up in one great package! Thank you Allison!
The staff was very friendly, i got in and out really quick with Dr. Catanto, which i liked. Jeanne was super helpful and funny helping me pick the frames that were best for me, both price and personality wise!
