I literally can't connect to a live person via any store phone number or the 1800 number. I used option "6" to obtain parameters for an online order, and was just left on hold for more than an hour & have tried multiple times.
Very disappointed. I was given a new prescription that was very different from my previous subscription—SO different that I can not rely on my previous glasses. Why did the salesperson talked me into prescription sunglasses Instead of a second pair of glasses. 😢

I ordered and paid for glasses on 8/16. On 9/23 I stopped in to follow up as I was unable to get through by phone. After an hour, I was told they hadn’t even been made. FIVE weeks after placing the order. The lab had a question, emailed the store, received no response and so, discarded the order. The store wasn’t even aware of it until I came in asking about them and some employees did a little to digging to figure out why they hadn’t come in yet. Unacceptable.
