Slingerlands location is amazing. Great customer service by Bethany, optician, explained options well and picked out two beautiful pair of glasses for me and was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Dr. Cahill was patient and took her time with me during the exam. Dr Fred was patient while dealing with computer server problems. kept cool.
Extremely poor experience. Took several weeks to get an appointment. They texted me many times to remind ME of my appointment time and to be on time. All good: until I got there and sat for 45 minutes beyond my appointment time at which point another client got up and inquired about why she had been waiting over an hour! They found her chart in a folder indicating she had checked out! I asked about rescheduling; they couldn’t see me for another three weeks. Walked out having lost over an hour with nothing to show. I really appreciated working with Karen. She advised on the best glasses style and was patient, thorough and knowledgeable. An added plus, she had a good sense of humor! It was also a great deal on the glasses.
Excellent service! The optometrist I had was so sweet & really took her time with me. The rest of the staff was excellent as well. I highly recommend them!
The staff (Brunswick) is amazing. Worked hard to accommodate me quickly (had a time restraint). I have been there many times, always very helpful.

My glasses broke late Friday night and I was able to go Saturday morning right when they opened and they helped my get new frames and they put my existing lenses in the new frames! The whole time I thought about what a pleasant experience it was. Then, I got an unexpected 25% off my frames. Thank you so much, I would recommend people go when they need eyewear.
All I needed was 1 new nose piece for my glasses. I checked in and was told they would be with me soon. NOT! An hour later they finally got the guy who makes the glasses to come out front and put new nose pieces on. There were 4 to 5 people in the front of the store, but only 2 adjusting glasses. Ridiculous!
