I have had the worst experience with this visionworks. Appointment times getting mixed up, the phone rings and rings and rings when you try to call the office, and when I had an issue with my insurance they said that I had to call when they could have easily picked up the phone and settled the issue with the insurance company. Will never come back here.

Be prepared to wait at least 2 hours or more if you make an apt. Had apt for 530 and didn't end up leaving till after 730. So ridiculous maybe they should take care of people quicker who actually make apts. Super aggravating and may have to find a new place to get glasses and contacts.
