Had a 10 AM appointment for my husband and a 10:20 AM appointment for myself the appointments went smooth however when we went to get our glasses we stood around for 40 minutes waiting for someone to check us out with our glasses picks. They continue to wait on customers that came in after us and when we let them know that we had an appointment we were told everyone has appointments and that they’re short staffed would not recommend to anybody

RecommendedDuring the pandemic they have done a fantastic job. you have to wait a little longer, but they will get to you.
This place is a joke and we will NOT be returning ever.. I would rather pay out of pocket then ever go to this place again. 1st I stop in only to be told I can only make appointments over the phone. 2nd I show for said appointment only to be told that the appointment was for eyeglass pick up well how can I pick up glasses I haven’t ordered yet. 3rd appointment was to adjust glasses! 4th just now. So Wednesday she calls and says Doctor will not be available at time of your appointment so you can pick any time for this Friday. So I say great my son is off work then. Worst company ever. Had an appointment scheduled today got there they made me wait so long the time they checked me in said i was a few minutes late. Went to check me in and said i have no appointment scheduled when i had confirmation proof on my phone. Employee was so rude to me spoke to me like a child. Never saw anyone for the eye exam and had me leave. Will never do business with again!
There are no provisions made for existing patients that have emergency vision appointments. Have to wait 1 week to get glasses repaired that are needed for daily use.
Do not go here!! It’s been over a month and my glasses are not ready. Not only that, but they won’t answer the store phone and when you contact corporate they say they can not help you if you went to a store. It’s a lose lose situation.
