RecommendedI went in today January 8th to pick up my new lenses for my glasses and the help that i was given was amazing, they were so friendly they were very helpful, they went out of there way to make sure i was happy and had everything i needed. They also gave me cleaning spray and a new cloth for my glasses. I had such a wonderful experience at Visionworks in Poughkeepsie on Thursday! From Dr. Rescigno's sense of humor and explaining everything very clearly to Kelly helping me select a new frame that my wife absolutely loves! I highly recommend that store!
Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Tons of frames to choose from. Very reasonably priced frames. Spent plenty of time making sure they got the correct lenses for me. Gave me everything I wanted plus some I didn’t know existed for the most reasonable price I’ve ever paid. Highly recommended!!!
Very unhappy total rip off buy one get one no such thing I was duped and I'm not happy I paid full price for a pair of glasses but I did not get a 2nd pair free!! What kind of scam are you running should be ashamed calling BBA tomorrow ���
I enjoy the variety of frames in their inventory. My complaint is the customer service by some is sub par. I called to check and see if my glasses had come in and i was told they had to check but the computer was down. No problem. The woman would call me back. Granted, i did call close to closing time but just tell me you cant get it nor call me back. That was Saturday. Monday, no call and i made sure they had my cell nu ber too. Their customer service is fantastic. They recognize and acknowledge everyone that walks in their door. I would highly recommend them!
