Absolutely horrible. They have owed me a pair of glasses since March 7. I understand covid, but they have reopened. No one answers phone, calls back, responds to emails. This place is absolutely awful! And by the way I ALREADY PAID FOR MY GLASSES!!!!!

I’ve been calling the store all day and nobody answers the phone. I even left 2 messages with the home office number saying I needed to talk to the store. They sent emails to the store with my information and I still haven’t gotten a call back. I paid for glasses in July for my son, and after 3 weeks..the night before I was to pick them up..they called to tell me they couldn’t get the frames we bought. They need to actually answer the phone. Ridiculous hold time today. what do they think that I have ALL DAY to be on hold? NO. I have things to do....I think I may go someplace else for new glasses this year. 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

I went into the store this evening with a screw missing from my favorite sunglasses. Cathy was terrific in taking the the time to repair the sunglasses .She also gave me extra screws for the next time it happens. I was very pleased, and greatly appreciated her taking care of the sunglasses gratis. Terrific service! I will continue to use Visionworks when I need glasses!
I went a couple of weeks ago for glasses, no exam. Everyone was great. They took time measuring and complimented me on my frame choices. I took advantage of their 2 for $89.99 deal for progressives. I went to pick them up today and I am so happy with my new glasses. No pressure to get more expensive frames, great customer service. Definitely recommend Visionworks to everyone!
Customer Service was great.
Friendly, professional service. Bob E. did a great job, making sure I got what I wanted quickly and efficiently. He also fixed a popped lens in an old set of glasses without hesitation.
