Very Rude Manager, she berates employees, no one is friendly, they messed up my glasses had to go to the corporate office and those ended up being better. Will never go back to Watertown location.
first went to Lenscrafters in Lake Grove and learned that they did not except my Health Insurance. I paid $169.00 for an eye exam for Glasses. I picked out a frame that I liked and with lenses was over $600.00 for 1 pair. I decided to wait and try Davis Visionworks in Medford and I am glad that I did. I found out they would have taken my insurance so the eye exam would have been free. Also my insurance paid 100% of 1 pair of glasses and they had a special that if I bought a second pair it was 50% off. SO I ended up with 2 pa... read more
My first clue should have been the large number of text and email messages I got reminding me of my appointment. I arrive and am not greeted right away and not friendly either. The doctor never tested my reading vision, only distance. The shortest eye exam ever, probably because I wouldn't buy into their high priced exam, not covered by insurance. Then the doctor tells me I have major cataracts. I went to another doctor for a second opinion and was told I do NOT have cataracts.
They didn’t rush me, they answered all my questions and got me in glasses I loved in a matter of minutes. This place is assume and the people are super nice and helpful!
I was very happy with the services I received today. I was in and out of the facility. Great customer service, and everybody was friendly including the doctor herself. Special thanks to Ms. Teresa C. for taking good care of me. She really made my day. Keep up the good work.
