Solid Amazing group of guys have taken the lead in offering quality products and service from work vehicles to daily drivers. Since being under new ownership in 2015 they continue to get the job done.
DO NOT GO HERE they are rude and will not stand behind there products They refused to do a proper job of installing a brush guard which resulted in damaging my truck They rip people off This is your warning Be aware Empire truck works is run by a bunch of incompetent people.
They are rude and will not stand behind there service They did not install brush guard correctly which resulted in damaging my truck i gave them a chance to make things right but they refused. This shop does not know how to properly install a winch brush guard on a vehicle it was done with incompetent workmanship. By the time I got home brush guard was so loose that It bounced up and down on the front of my truck. and started to cause damage to my truck.
One of my clients bought a Ram 4500 Chassis cab today and inquired about me helping them with a Flatbed to go with it. I reached out to the team at Empire Truck Works to handle this with me and get the customer taken care of. They helped us get a Workman Flatbed at an outstanding price and timely install! Great People This is a great company. The owner is there everyday and is very helpful and fun. While I was there I got a tour of the factory where they do custom work. They have a wide selection of Truck Accessories and have almost everything in stock. Highly reccomend Truck Works.
Great Customer Service Wanted to do some upgrading to my work truck and went in to Truck Works, and the people at Truck works helped me do this. They are friendly and the customer service is awesome. I will definitely continue to give them my business.
