Empire replaced our floors, but their negligence caused major issues. The toilet was not re-secured properly—the wax ring was incorrectly installed, and the bolts weren’t tightened down. This led to a leak that ruined the new flooring on the first floor, forcing me to remove it entirely. Now, I’m stuck paying a water mitigation company to fix the damage.
