This is one of the best places to buy rugs in tarrant county Mr Ben Shabahang was so helpful and had the best prices on all kind of rugs. I love doing business with honest people
This was so easy. I set an appointment online and with in the day someone called back to confirm availability. They brought out all the samples to me based on my needs, measured went through all options for padding ect. We were able to place the order that day and got our carpet installed with in a couple of weeks. Great product and service. We are very satisfied. Our carpet is almost 3 years old and still looks like new.
Four months ago Empire botched my $7000 hardwood install. Finally they agreed to schedule new installers to make repairs Again, there was no follow-up from Empire even after the second installers completed their work. Galen Ferro, Installation Manager did not respond to my written concerns regarding warranty issues and damages to my property. Incredibly happy with our purchases from Empire Rugs. My wife loves her handcrafted rugs even more each day -- I can't blame her, they're beautiful. Amazing quality, big selection and great prices. Ben the owner was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and it felt like you were dealing with an instant friend. We will be back for sure. If you are in the market for a rug you need to come to this store. My wife and I stopped in after closing on our home and purchased the most exquisite rug. Ben took the time to explain the quality of the rugs as well as the how to care for them. I was so impressed that I am returning the hand tufted rugs that I purchased over the weekend and will have to absorb the restocking fee but it will be well worth it. I have an antique oriental rug, over 100 years old. The binding had begun to pull away, and I called Shabahang Rugs. The owner was very attentive before, during and after the repair. He sent someone to my home to make the repair, charging far less than I was willing to pay. The man was prompt and the owner called immediately afterwards to insure that I was satisfied with the repair. I absolutely was, and I will definitely call them again.

After sitting through a sales pitch from a salesman who doesn't know his product, he refused to leave the written estimate and wrote the price of only one carpet we were interested in on the back of his business card. The price was over double what we paid less than (7) years ago and was an inferior product and this was supposed to be during their 60% discount promotion. Brace yourself for a big sales pitch if you call for a free home estimate. I needed to replace carpeting in one room of my house. The salesman informed my that he would only provide a written estimate if I gave a deposit of $50. Fine, but after listening to comments like "I hate it when people think they are carpet experts.." and "poor -----, can't decide" I did not want to give this company my business.
