Wish i had read all the negative reviews. People...SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE....lousy customer service...then the night before they are supposed to install the carpeting...after you have removed all the furniture...they call and CANCEL the appointment. Unbelievable. Go with ANYONE else for your carpeting needs as these people are unreliable with absolutely no committment to you. They will lie their butts off to get you..and then fail miserably.
Terrible....been using this company for over 30 years and two homes. Never had a complaint. My bedroom carpet is not even a year old and is all matted down. They came out and looked at it and even the inspector said it looked terrible. Now they say its my Electrolux vacuum that hurt the carpet.. really????? You don't stand behind your product. Shame on you. Why should I pay to have that professionally cleaned when its hardly ever used?? Thirty years of being a customer. No loyalty
We are absolutely unsatisfied with this company. The customer service we received was terrible. They sold us a carpet saying it was one of their highest quality for 50% off...mean while it's one of the lowest. All I can feel is plastic and nails coming thru and they refused to do anything about it!....except they were so kind to offer us new carpet for close to $2,000.00. This is not a joke.
