I had an install scheduled and confirmed. No one ever showed up and when I called I was told someone would come after 3pm. No one shoulder up. when I called back the second time I was told he will not be coming because he has another install, so will not make it today. I tried to speak to a supervisor, no one called me back and install still not scheduled. Still waiting for a call back. This is very unprofessional. Worst company, unprofessional, uncaring, unorganized. Never again! Horror story! They treat their customers like crap.
my daughter is using them bad install job, no manager will help her, the bad installer is literally stalking her as well his wife has called her It’s very frightening for her and for me to see my daughter and my granddaughter having to deal with this. Very unprofessional company
Does terrible work for senior citizens! Messed up a floor and didnt take responsiblity for it!!!
