All I can say is GREAT SERVICE!! When doordashing the tire went flat from driving over these messed up roads. I searched on Google for roadside assistance and this co pany was the first thing that came up. Unfortunately I had to get my car towed to my house but when I called a number I found on google, the 24hr mobile roadside assistance came up. They want payment before the service so I was skeptical but they did show up and put the tire on. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.
Had a flat tire and I put a spare tire on but I need a tire soon as possible since I was driving from Pennsylvania. I told them I could drive to there location and have the tire change. They wanted to charge me 410 for the service. If you want to get ripped off this is the place to go.
Brandon went above and beyond with an ordeal I had while visiting Fallston. His professionalism will take any company from good to great. Due to his efforts, I was able to continue my work in Maryland while he handled my damaged tire. Because of him I was able to make it back home in South Carolina. I will recommend his business every chance I get.
Being in law enforcement for over 28 years, I’m very skeptical of paying for things ahead of time…but the situation didn’t leave us much choice. AMAZING! PAY UP FRONT and you won't regret it. My tire blew out on I-95 on the weekend at 2AM. I called AAA and they were unfortunately no help. I did a quick Google search and called the phone number. They picked up promptly and had a tire in route within 15 minutes. Once they arrived, the new tire was installed in less than 10 minutes. We'd still be waiting for AAA to confirm a tow truck driver in less time then it took for this phenomenal crew to get a tire from the shop and install it on the side of the interstate.
