Co- owner Kathleen provides concierge style customer service and assists with the procurement of all materials for your projects.

I recently had Empire Tiling handle a tile installation in my master bathroom, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! They installed a beautiful, large shower, and their craftsmanship was truly amazing. Contacted Empire Tiling to replace floors and stairs. They came in gave me an estimate. Started the work and finished on time. My floors and stairs look great! Ben and Kathleen clearly focus on quality workmanship and customer service. We hired them for a master bath remodel and kitchen backsplash and we could not have been more impressed with the result and the ease of working with their team throughout the project. They also stand by their work! We had a small issue 3 months later with a piece of tile and Ben quickly returned to fix it--no questions asked. Highly recommend!
