This office never answers called more multiple times in the AM and PM and no answer
I flunked my DMV vision test. DMV had me take a form for the optometrist to sign. During my vision test, it was pointed out to me my left eye had cataract. My optometrist who happen to work at Empire Eye Center suggested I have a meeting with Dr. Chang. I met with Dr. Chang two weeks later where he explained everything. I took my grandmother for surgery and she was so happy with the service they provided, from the receptionist to the doctor! Excellent staff.
