Amazingly flavorful, tender and well portioned Filet Mignon.
The service was great, we had a view of the city at our table.
We found Empire because we were looking for a place near the Studio 54 Theatre (on West 54th Street( where we were attending a Saturday matinee. Empire is diagonally across the street. We were impressed with the house wines, especially the Malbec. On the day we dined, it featured affordable prix fixe luncheon specials. My husbands steak was great, mines was all fat . My daughter chicken parmigiana was good , she did not like the pasta at all and she is a pasta lover. The service was ok. For the cost if $$$$, I would have expected perfection, but it was not the case.

Not the best place to go, there are a ton better, even Applebee’s would be better.... at least you know what you are getting there.
