Beware – Dishonest and Unprofessional Behavior I typically don't leave reviews, but after seeing another customer share a similar experience, I felt compelled to speak up. Hate to do this but I just want current customer to beware and potentially new ones. I had to let go of matt due to us not being happy with his services. Long story short he kept charging our card monthly I kindly reached out to him and he never responded back. If this does happened to you please cancel your cards or not he will continue to charge you for a service he doesn't even do anymore.
Great company, my pool is clean all year round thanks to them!
We were on a crunch time to close out and selling our home and Matt his crew came in and was able to get our pool back to where it should be. They replacing our pump that was broken replacing plus the filter. To make Things worse or spa pressure switch in line was broken. He had to repair that as well. All in a short period of time they did an outstanding job for us. We are greatly appreciative of what they done and it was at a great price. Thank you again. Matt
I canceled their service three months ago, but I’m still being charged. The owner repeatedly makes excuses and lies about issuing refunds. It took weeks of arguing to finally get our money back, only for them to attempt to charge us again the following month. I do not recommend this scam of a company. They claim brushing the walls of the pool isn’t necessary, and you’ll be hit with random charges like $250 for “phosphates” or $125 for a new filter (lol!).
